【摘要】:ThepurposeofthispartofISO/IECTR10000istoprovidethecontextforfunctionalstandardiza-tioninsupportofOpenSystemEnvironments(OSE).ItprovidesprinciplesandaclassificationschemeforOSEprofileswhichmaybeorhavebeensubmittedforratificationasInternationalStandardizedProfiles(ISPs).ISO/IECTR10000-1definestheconceptofpro-filesthataredocumentedasISPs.ThispartofISO/IECTR10000outlinesthebasicOSEob-jectivesandconcepts,anddefinesanapproachandformatforOSEprofilesspecifiedbyInterna-tionalStandardizedProfiles.ItgivesguidancetoorganizationsproposingDraftOSEISPs,onthenatureandcontentofthedocumentswhichmaybesubmittedforratificationasInternationalStandardizedProfiles.AnOSEisdefinedasacomprehensivesetofinterfaces,servicesandsupportingformats(includinguseraspects)enablinginteroperabilityandportabilityofapplications,dataorpeople,asspecifiedbyinformationtechnologystandardsandprofiles.Communicationprotocolsarepartofthespecificationofbehaviouratcertaintypesofinterfaces.EachOSEprofileiscreatedtosatisfyaclearlyspecifiedsetofuserrequirements.Sincepro-fileswillbeproposedaccordingtoneedsidenti-fiedtoSGFSandaccordingtotheprogressofinternationalbasestandardization,theTaxon-omywillbeperiodicallyupdatedorhavenewpartsaddedinordertoreflecttheprogressreached.ItisalsorecognizedthattherewillbeproposalsfortheextensionofthetaxonomytocoverfunctionswhichwerenotidentifiedduringthepreparationofthiseditionofISO/IECTR10000.TheseextensionsmaybeidentifiedbyavarietyofproposersandinvolvesimpleextensionstotheexistingTaxonomyortheaddi-tionofnewfunctionalareasnotcurrentlycoveredbyISO/IECTR10000.Theinclusionofsuchextensionsisadministeredfollowingthepro-cedureselaboratedbySGFS.AdistinctionhasbeenmadebetweenaprofileandanISPwhichdocumentsoneormorepro-files.TheTaxonomyisonlyconcernedwithprofiles,butfurtherinformationisgiveninthe"DirectoryofISPsandProfilescontainedtherein"astowhichISPcontainsthedocumentationofaprofile.ThisDirectoryismaintainedasanSGFSstand-ingdocumentSD-4(seereferenceinAnnexA).ForeachdraftprofilesubmittedtoSGFS,itwillalsoprovideadditionalinformation,includingthestatusoftheidentifiedprofiles.
