【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportpresentsergonomicsdataandguidelinesforapplyingISO/IECGuide71inaddressingtheneedsofolderpersonsandpersonswithdisabilitiesinstandardsdevelopment.Itprovides:--ergonomicsdataandknowledgeabouthumanabilities--sensory,physical,cognitiveabilities--andallergies;--guidanceontheaccessibledesignofproducts,servicesandenvironments.Eachofitsdesignconsiderationsorrecommendationsisbasedonergonomicprinciplesthatarenecessaryformakingproducts,servicesandenvironmentsaccessibletoolderpersonsandthosewithdisabilities.Itisapplicabletoproducts,servicesandenvironmentsencounteredinallaspectsofdailylife,aswellasintheconsumermarketandworkplace(herein,theterm=productsandservices"isusedtocoveralltheseareas).Whileitdoesnotprovidetechniquesfordesigningassistivedevices,someofitsprovisionsdo,however,supportinteroperabilitywithassistivetechnology.Conformityassessmentofanyinternational,regionalordomesticstandardsisoutsideitsscope.
