【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtoevaluatethesuitabilityofpowderedrubberchemicals,particularlyaccelerators,foruseinrubbercompoundsthatrequireverysmallparticleclusterstoachieveauniformcross-linkednetwork.Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedtoensurethatnoexcessivelylargeparticlesarepresentthatwouldresultinnetworkx201C;flawsx201D;andtodeterminethatthepowderedproductfollowsatypicalpatternofsizedistribution.Inviewoftheinherentvariabilityinthistypeofmethod,itisrecommendedthattheresultsbeusedonlyinasemi-quantitativesense;thatis,comparisonswithinalaboratoryorrelativecomparisonsofsamplesagainstreferencesamples,orboth.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforthequalitativeevaluationofaggregatesizeandaggregatesizedistributionofpowderedrubberacceleratorsandothercompoundingmaterialswhichareinsolubleinwater.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
