【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthereferencemethodforthedeterminationoffatcontentofwheycheese.Themethodisnotapplicabletoproductswhichdonotdissolvecompletelyinammoniasolutionorwhichcontainfreefattyacidsinsignificantquantities.NOTEIfthewheycheesedoesnotdissolvecompletelyintheammoniaorifitcontainsfreefattyacidsinsignificantquantities(onlyinexceptionalcasesandthennoticeablebyadistinctsmell),theresultofthedeterminationwillbetoolow.Withsuchproducts,amethodusingtheWeibulI-Bemtropprincipleissuitable(seeISO8262-311DF124-3).
