【摘要】:ISO21962:2003specifiestherequirementsforestablishingaparametervaluelanguage(PVL)tobeusedinthecreationofadataentitydictionary(DED).ISO21962:2003isintendedtobeusedbyimplementersofdataentitydictionaries,andforexample,bydataproducerstoconstructdictionariesthatdescribe,inamoreformalmanner,dataentitieswithintheirdataproducts;bydatauserstounderstanddatareceivedfromdataproducerswhohaveusedISO21962:2003toconstructtheirdictionaries;byanorganizationthatmandatestheattributesusedtodefineeachentitydescriptionindictionariesusedwithinthatorganization;byaparticularcommunity,suchasEarthobservation,spacephysics,archives,etc.,toestablishadegreeofstandardizationforthecontentsofanydatadictionaryassociatedwithadataproduct(thiswouldbedonebyusingISO21962:2003todefineacommunity-widedatadictionary);byorganizationsandcommunitiestoexchangethecontentsofadatadictionaryinastandardizedmanner,i.e.tofacilitateinteroperability.
